the location was acceptable, and the bus stop was conveniently just outside.
the room was small and felt quite dated i didnt like the single pillow i found on the bed and the bathroom was also really tiny the hairdryer was also non-working.

Acceptable Stay , but Some Issues

The staff was sincere and seemed to know their business.
The double bed was too small , more like a large single. People upstairs sounded like they tap-danced around the room half the night. The breakfast had fried eggs cooked in batch and left to get cold before they were served.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for accessing victoria station and buckingham palace. breakfast was included and was a real bonus for me.
the room pictures posted online did not match the actual room i was offered, it felt misleading. the room was too small and located on the fourth floor. there were no escalators to get to the room, a real inconvenience.

the front desk staff processed my check in and check out effortlessly. the staff seemed genuinely happy to help guests, always available to offer directions and assistance. i really appreciated their constant smiles.

the hotel staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions. my room had a comfortable bed and a television with many channels. breakfast included scrambled eggs, toast and fresh fruit. the daily housekeeping service kept my room very tidy.
the stairs leading to my fourth-floor room were a bit of a challenge with luggage.

The staff were very cute and outgoing. I appreciate this. the location is awesome between victoria station and pimlico station, very convenient. i liked that they offered a wonderful stay.
The room was very small with a very narrow bed. It was uncomfortable. there was a slightly musty smell, unpleasant. the heating was only on for about 2 hours in the morning and evening. This was not sufficient.

the staff provided a marked map directing me to the number 24 bus stop, located right outside the door , which was very useful. breakfast included a pot of hot chocolate and a small easter egg, a really lovely addition. the hotel owners offered really good customer service, including driving guests to the local car park. i appreciated the tea and coffee facilities provided in the room.
the room i was given was quite small.
